 I have been working in Selection-in-Restructuration and management development since 1996.

  • Number of restructurations I have done selection for: 48 

  • Often commissioned by the enterprise committees, with an assignment to make selection during lay offs and restructurations more fair. 

■ Doctoral thesis defended at Rijksuniversiteit in Groningen in 2014, with a thesis about selection-in-restructurations with the Skill Audit Peoplemanagement.

  • 300 former participants followed till 10 years.

  • Psychometric quality calculated on 800 participants.

Number of appraised candidates: 4.900

  • in four languages,

  • in seven countries

 Number of interviewed candidates: 7.600

■ Part-time lecturer personnel selection University of Giessen, Germany, from  2011-2023.

Experience with

  • construction of questionnaires,

  • trainability of intelligence tests,

  • construction of SJT's, among which the Video Skill Audit for
    SAP-M,

  • construction of work sample tests, among which the current Roleplayer Skill Audit of SAP-M that is now administered at SociaL•Talent,

  • interview-design, and 

  • design and conduction of training in social competence, mainly for MD-programme's for 500 participants (KLM, Siemens, ASML, MeesPierson, care organisations).
